Maudella Christmas Giveaway 2026 – Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter

1.1 The promoter is Cavendish Brands Ltd, trading as Maudella, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 07579120). Our registered office is at 9 Kingsley Close, London N2 0ES (“Maudella”, “we”, “us”).

2. Who can enter

2.1 The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

2.2 You can’t enter if you work for Maudella or Cavendish Brands Ltd, if you worked on our stand at Spirit of Christmas 2026, if you are an immediate family member of one of those people, or if you are otherwise professionally connected with the giveaway.

2.3 We may ask the winner for proof of age and UK residence before we send the prize. If the winner can’t provide it within 14 days of our request, we may draw another winner.

3. Dates

3.1 The giveaway opens at 12.01am UK time on Monday 2 November 2026. Entries made before then won’t count.

3.2 It closes at 11.59pm UK time on Sunday 15 November 2026. Entries received after this time won’t count.

4. How to enter

4.1 No purchase is necessary. Entry is free.

4.2 To enter, scan the QR code on the Maudella giveaway postcard or go to maudella.co.uk/pages/christmas-giveaway. Then fill in your first name, surname and email address on the entry form, confirm that you meet the conditions in clause 2.1, and submit the form.

4.3 You can choose separately whether to receive marketing emails from Maudella. Your entry counts whether you say yes or no.

4.4 One entry per person. Further entries from the same person or email address won’t count.

4.5 Entries made in bulk, by automated means or through third parties won’t count.

4.6 We are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or not received because of technical problems outside our control.

5. The prize

5.1 There is one prize: a £100 Maudella gift voucher, sent by email as a digital gift card code.

5.2 The prize is for the winner. We will send the voucher only to the winner, and the winner can’t pass their right to claim the prize to anyone else. Once we have sent the voucher, the winner can spend it on themselves or on gifts for other people, or give it as a gift. Anyone who has the code can use it, so please keep it safe. We can’t replace the voucher or restore its balance if the code is lost or used by someone else.

5.3 There is no cash alternative, and the prize can’t be exchanged for a different prize.

5.4 If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, we may replace it with a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Using the gift voucher

6.1 The voucher can be used online at maudella.co.uk only. It can’t be used with other retailers that sell Maudella.

6.2 It is valid for 12 months from the date we send it. The expiry date is shown in the email with the code.

6.3 You don’t have to spend it all at once. Any unused balance stays on the voucher until it expires.

6.4 You can use it together with discount codes at checkout.

6.5 It can’t be used to buy other gift cards or vouchers.

6.6 If you return something you paid for with the voucher, we will refund that amount to the voucher.

7. Choosing and contacting the winner

7.1 The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries on Monday 16 November 2026. The draw will be made by a computer process that produces verifiably random results, or by or under the supervision of a person independent of the giveaway.

7.2 We will email the winner within 7 days of the draw, at the email address used to enter.

7.3 The winner must reply within 14 days of our email to claim the prize and tell us which county they live in. If they don’t reply in time, or they don’t meet these terms, we may draw another winner from the remaining valid entries, who will have the same 14 days to reply.

7.4 We will send the voucher by email within 14 days of the winner claiming it.

7.5 We will choose the winner in line with these terms.

7.6 Anyone can ask for the winner’s surname and county by emailing hello@maudella.co.uk until 28 February 2027. The winner can object to us sharing this, or ask us to share less, by telling us at any time before we share it. If the winner objects, we will still give this information to the Advertising Standards Authority if it asks for it.

8. Your data

8.1 Cavendish Brands Ltd is responsible for your details. We use your name and email address to run the giveaway, check entries, contact the winner and answer questions about the giveaway.

8.2 If you opt in, we will also send you Maudella marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

8.3 If you don’t opt in, we will only use your details to run the giveaway, and we will delete them within 3 months of the closing date. We keep the winner’s details for as long as we need them to award the prize and answer questions about the draw, and for no more than 12 months after the closing date.

8.4 You can find more about how we use your details, and your rights, in the giveaway privacy notice on this page.

8.5 We may ask the winner to take part in publicity, such as a photo on our social media. This is optional and doesn’t affect the prize.

9. General

9.1 By entering, you accept these terms.

9.2 We may cancel, change or end the giveaway if something outside our reasonable control affects it. If we do, we will tell entrants on this page.

9.3 We may disqualify any entry we reasonably believe breaks these terms.

9.4 Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that can’t be limited by law.

9.5 This giveaway is run only by Cavendish Brands Ltd, trading as Maudella. It is not sponsored, endorsed or run by Clarion Events, the organiser of Spirit of Christmas, or by Olympia London.

10. Law

10.1 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.

Giveaway privacy notice

What we collect. Your first name, surname and email address, and whether you want marketing emails. If you win, we also ask which county you live in and may ask for proof of age and UK residence.

Why we use it, and our legal basis.

• To run the giveaway, check entries and contact the winner: because it is needed to run the giveaway you have entered.

• To send marketing emails: only if you tick the box (your consent). You can withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing.

• To make the winner’s surname and county available on request, and to give draw records to the Advertising Standards Authority if it asks: our legitimate interest in showing the draw was run fairly, as the advertising rules require. The winner can object.

Who we share it with. Klaviyo, which runs our entry form and emails, and Shopify, which runs our online shop and issues the gift voucher. They only use your details on our instructions. Klaviyo stores data in the United States under the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We will share the draw records with the Advertising Standards Authority if it asks.

How long we keep it. If you don’t opt in to marketing, we delete your details within 3 months of the closing date. If you opt in, we keep your email address until you unsubscribe. We keep the winner’s details for no more than 12 months after the closing date.

Do you have to give us your details? Only if you want to enter. We can’t accept an entry without a name and email address.

Your rights. You can ask for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, ask us to limit how we use them, or object to how we use them. Email hello@maudella.co.uk. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
