Full Returns Policy:

We hope you love your new jewellery! If you would like to return your order for any reason, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to send them back if you change your mind. Items sent back to us after this period will not be accepted.

Your jewellery must returned be in the same condition that you received it; unused and in its original packaging. You’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase, so please keep it safe.

To process a return, please contact us and we’ll send you the return details or a free returns label if you are in the UK.

What if there is an issue with my order?

If there is a problem with your order, we're here to help! please check your order when it arrives and email us if there is an issue, so we can make it right.

How long does the returns process take?

Please allow 3 business days for your return to be processed. If you are sending back your order from outside of the UK, we recommend using a ‘tracked’ or ‘signed for’ service. Please keep track of your return via the courier or carrier service. We are not responsible for items that get lost in transit.

When will I receive my money back?

We will notify you once we receive your return and you’ll automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please note, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.
