How can I check if my order went through?

We will send you an email to confirm your order. Please check the email address you used to checkout. The email might have gone to your junk/spam folder. If you can't find your order confirmation, please send us an email

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you change your mind and want to amend or cancel your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

If your order has already been dispatched, unfortunately we will not be able to cancel the shipment. When your order arrives, please follow the returns instructions.

What if there's an issue with my order?

If there is a problem with your order, we're here to help! please check your order when it arrives and contact us if there is an issue

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Maestro. You can also checkout using Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna's 30-day and 3-instalment flexible payment options

Do you store my payment details?

Your financial information is never stored on our servers, ensuring your data is safe and tamper-proof. Our third-party hosting agents and payment providers are trusted and reputable, and all credit card details are entered on a secure server using Shopify Payments, Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.

Can I checkout using Klarna?

We use Klarna to offer you 30-day and 3-instalment flexible payment options.

Is there VAT on my order?

All UK orders are inclusive of VAT, charged at 20% in accordance with UK tax laws. Outside the UK, VAT is automatically taken off the product price.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, simply add gift wrapping to your basket. We wrap each jewellery box in your order with luxurious black paper. Make your gift extra special with this thoughtful touch.

We use major carriers and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method at checkout

What is the shipping policy?

We endeavour to dispatch your order on the same day, or the next working day if you order after 4pm, using a trackable service.

Delivery and returns in the UK are free. Shipping is calculated at checkout for the rest of the world.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please check the delivery status of your order on the courier’s website using your tracking number.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Please check our shipping page for rates outside the UK

What is your returns policy?

We hope you love your new jewellery! If you would like to return your order for any reason, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to send them back if you change your mind. Items sent back to us after this period will not be accepted.

Your jewellery must be returned in the same condition that you received it; unused and in its original packaging. You’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase, so please keep it safe.

To process a return, please contact us and we’ll send you the return details or a free returns label if you are in the UK.

How long does the returns process take?

Please allow 3 business days for your return to be processed. If you are sending back your order from outside of the UK, we recommend that you send your return using a ‘tracked’ or ‘signed for’ service.

Please keep track of your return via the courier service. We are not responsible for items that get lost in transit.

When will I recieve my refund?

We will notify you once we receive your return and you’ll automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please note, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.

How do I take care of my jewellery?

Our collection of 18ct and white gold plated jewellery is designed to last for years with the proper care.

Store your jewellery pieces individually, ideally in the Maudella 100% cotton pouch that comes with your order, so they do not rub, scratch, tarnish or get tangled together. Keep your jewellery pieces away from water, creams and perfumes, clean them regularly with a soft cloth and handle them with care to ensure longevity.

How do I know what ring size to buy?

Our rings come in 3 sizes, measured in centimetres. To find the right ring size for you, take a piece of string and loop it around the finger you want to wear your ring on. Mark the string where the two ends meet and use a ruler to measure the length from the start of the string to your mark. This measurement is the circumference. Use our ring size chart to match your ring circumference with the correct UK rings size; M, N or O.
