I'm Jodie, founder of Maudella.

I started Maudella because I wanted to create an affordable jewellery range that is lightweight and versatile, so it can be worn all day for any occasion, whether you’re going to brunch, the office, dinner, or a party! Our collection is gorgeous for gifting (to loved ones or yourself) and offers a range of styles to suit different tastes and budgets, with prices starting from just £35.

My mum is a jewellery designer and maker and brought me up in a house full of arts and crafts. We had a pottery wheel and an enamelling kiln in the garage, and she still has her own jewellery studio in my childhood home. Growing up, my mum would always throw us crafting parties for our birthdays, from stained glass window painting to sewing, and jewellery making.

When I was naming the brand, I wanted to honour all four generations of the women in my family. Maudella is an amalgamation of Maude and Ella in tribute to my grandmother and my gorgeous niece.

It is really important to me that our production process is as eco-conscious as possible! We take great care to minimise our impact on the environment by working with audited factories and using 100% recycled and recyclable FSC materials for all our packaging. We’ve also partnered with Ecologi to plant a tree for every online order.
